Beautifully set on 33 acres of open fields adjacent to the Rock River. (see red barn upper left) Great access to Mt. Snow and Stratton ski resorts, short drive to Manchester and only 10 miles from Brattleboro. Fabulous summertime access to some of the best Rock River swimming holes in southern Vermont. The upstairs apartment features a cedar deck with a view of surrounding farmland and forested hillsides. It is comfortably furnished, living room and dining room areas, giant bath tub for 2 people, and kitchenette (small fridge, sink, hot plate, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, and kitchenware included). May through October, the rental apartment has access to a 4 person cedar hot tub. Year-round access to learning about life on the farm in Vermont - organic vegetables, raising chickens, plotting a POY apple orchard and blueberry patch, and more! Rates:    
 Thanks you very much for your hospitality and friendliness! This is a beautiful place! The location is wonderful - away from the busy roads and inns. It was very nice to meet the New Year surrounded by Nature and finally feel to be really a part of this Amazing Planet! Thank you very much for your eggs and potatoes!!! They finally tasted like real eggs and potatoes! It was also very nice to find earth-friendly cleaning products around the house. Thank you for keeping the house so clean! It's very cozy and we felt at home. |
